About Me

Sarah completed a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa in May of 2016. She works with individual adults (18+). See below for areas of competency.
She has three years of experience as a counsellor at Fit Action, a mental health program at Carleton University. She now works full-time as a psychotherapist in private practice. Sarah's approach includes interventions from emotionally-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion, mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapy, and somatic experiencing.

Sarah completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Psychology at the University of Ottawa, followed by a Master of Education with a concentration in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa in 2016. She has completed additional courses that support her work:
